In the October Wesley Witness, I shared with you a story about the impact that Wesley’s Backpack Buddy ministry is having not just in the lives of the children who receive them, but in the staff and faculty that are partnering with us in this blessing. While this ministry and the accompanying blessings continue to evolve, I want to mention again the importance of the story itself. It is important because it not only involves us and our neighbors, but keeps Jesus and his story at the center. This is so important.
